TERMS & CONDITONS

Artworks will be sent by Australia Post - Express Post (Rolled), Insured with Signature on delivery.

Nicole Slater (The Artist) does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds or replacements are only issued in the event that an artwork is deemed damaged or faulty.

A refund or replacement for prints that are damaged, have a major fault / significantly differ from description / image, will be offered if the artist recieves proof of fault or damage with 24 hours of receiving.

In the event that an artwork is damaged or faulty, we offer the following options; a refund or replacement pending that we are notified within 24 hours of you receiving your artwork and has been assessed by the Artist.

All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges or credit notes may be offered by the Artist under certain circumstances. Exchanges will only be considered within 7 days  of the purchase date. Any associated freight / shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes issued by the artist are valid for 12 months.
