The Stables Collection

Everything I have made is here.

I only paint horses. When the paintings are finished they line up along the wall of my private gallery and look like a stable, and that is where the name came from. Each one is made on Belgian linen I prime by hand, in colours I mix myself, so the exact colour on one painting never appears on another.

Some of these horses are champions. Some are rescues my husband and I broke in ourselves. Most are simply somebody's horse, and loved, which in the end is the only part that matters to the painting. They have gone to homes here, and to Arrowfield, to Argentina, to Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.
