Buying from this site

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Limited edition prints and art vouchers can be bought through the cart. Original paintings cannot. Originals are enquiry only, and a sale is made by agreement between us, not by clicking a button.

An order is accepted when I confirm it, not when you place it. If I cannot fulfil an order, for instance if an edition has closed, I will tell you and refund you in full.

Limited editions

Every print is signed, numbered and issued with a certificate of authenticity. Editions are closed permanently once the last print is sold, and I do not reprint an edition in any form.

Number 1 of every edition stays with me and is not sold.

Copyright

I hold the copyright in every painting, print and photograph on this site. Buying a work gives you the work. It does not give you the right to reproduce it.

That means please do not copy, print, sell or use my images commercially, and please do not use them to train an image model. Photographing your own painting on your own wall and sharing it is welcome, and I would love to see it.

Photographs on this site are by Andrew Curtis and Luke Marsden, and are used with permission.

Colour

Screens differ. The colours you see on your phone will not be exactly the colours of the work in your room. If colour matters to your decision, ask me and I will tell you honestly how a work reads in person.

Site content

I try to keep prices, dimensions and availability correct. Where something is wrong, I reserve the right to correct it, including after an order has been placed, in which case I will contact you and refund you if you would rather not proceed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
