About Zaaki
Zaaki raced 48 times for 15 wins, eight seconds and ten thirds, and retired in March 2024 with more than $11.1 million in prizemoney. Bred in England and trained early by Sir Michael Stoute, he won at Epsom and at York before coming to Australia, where Annabel Neasham took over his training.
He won four Group One races here: the Doomben Cup and the Underwood Stakes in 2021, and the Mackinnon Stakes at Flemington in both 2021 and 2022. He also took the $5 million All-Star Mile at Flemington in 2022, and won the Hollindale Stakes three years running, in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
